T&S pathway

In evaluating applications, panels will expect to see a rising career trajectory. When reviewing applications, panels can consider evidence spanning an applicant’s entire career, although particular focus should be given to their achievements since their last promotion/appointment. 

The scores and performance descriptors (bandings) set out in the tables below should be used to summarise the description of achievement in relation to the Assessment Criteria and will be used in the majority of applications. In exceptional circumstances, the alternative scoring models may be used (see here).
