Exclusions – disciplinary warnings

Any employee with a live disciplinary warning as at 1 October of the year in which they are applying will not be considered eligible to apply for promotion.  In addition, an employee who has applied for promotion in an ACP exercise and is then subsequently issued with a disciplinary warning throughout the scheme process, at any point until the Vice-Chancellor’s Committee meets in May, will no longer be considered eligible to apply for promotion.  Their application will be therefore withdrawn and will not be taken to any further stage of consideration.
