Integrated Reward System (IRS)
The University uses the Integrated Reward System to support the ACP process. The system aims to modernise the way in which promotions are managed at the University, with the principal aim of reducing the administrative burden for all those involved in the process. At present, the system only supports applications from those on the Research and Teaching pathway. The system has three parts:
- The ACP Application Portal (used by eligible employees to prepare and submit applications)
- The ACP Administration Portal (used by committee Chairs, Secretaries and members to review and score applications, and gather references and statements)
- The ACP Referee Portal (used by referees and statement providers to review applications and submit references/statements).
Applicants
